Our products are made on-demand to ensure the highest quality. The average fulfillment time for formulating and packaging is approximately one week.

After fulfillment, orders are dispatched using the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • For orders shipped to Canada, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
  • For orders shipped to the United States, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
  • For international orders, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

A tracking number will be provided for every order. We encourage you to refer to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and carrier delays. Return and Refund Guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened.

We understand that sometimes delivery mishaps can occur, such as a missing apartment number, wrong house number, or an unsupported forwarding address, which can prevent a package from reaching you.

If your package fails to be delivered and is returned to us, we want to make things right. For customers in the United States or Canada, we will reship your package for a small fee to cover the shipping expenses. However, for our international customers outside these regions, please note that we are unable to reship packages. In these instances, you will need to bear the full cost of the lost shipment due to incorrect address details provided by you.
